Where do you operate?

Our services are available in Cadiz, El Puerto de Santa Maria, Puerto Real and Rota – Costa Ballena.

Soon we will also offer our services in San Fernando, Jerez, Chipiona and Sanlucar.

I want to rent my house through vacation rental portals but I have doubts about their safety.

There is nothing to worry about! Studies show that users of these portals make great guests that search for special places to spend their holidays. What´s more, both- SimplyHosted and the platforms, through which we operate- screen the guests so that you do not have any problems. In addition, vacation rental portals use a variety of systems to secure payments and claim any potential loses.

We will assist you with this process at no extra cost.

What do I need to start using your services?

Your property will need to comply with all regulations, and you need to be the owner of the property. Contact us for more information about the requisites and how can we help you with them.

Also, we need to meet you or a representant at least one day in person in the property.

Can I rent my property by the room?

SimplyHosted only offers service to complete apartments. In addition, according to the current regulations of the Junta de Andalucía, rooms can only be rented if the owner of the property habitually resides in it.

How does the professional cleaning service work? Can I hire my own cleaner?

We have a professional cleaning service that we will manage directly. If you prefer, you can hire your own cleaner and we will inform you when cleaning is needed.

Cleaning costs are paid by the guests through a fixed cleaning fee.

I want to use your services, however I want the guests to follow some rules and requirements. What can I do?

We understand that your house is special to you and that you want everyone to respect it. This is why, we offer a fully personalized service, including any rules or requirements that you would want to set.

Do I have to commit for a long time?

We believe that the best way of making you stay with us, is offering you a great service. For this reason, you can sign out from our services with only a 30-day notice.

If you cancel our services because you cannot use the property (for example because you are selling it or because of any other special circumstances), you will not have to give us the 30- day notice. You might have to pay some penalty fee to the vacation rental portals.

Do I have to pay anything upfront?

No. We only charge a commission for each booking, so if you don’t earn, you won’t have to pay anything.

Are there any available discounts?

Yes. If it’s possible and you agree to it, we will install a self-check-in system for guests. In this case, the commission is a fixed 15%.

Otherwise, for each 500 euros of profit, we will lower our commission by 1% until it reaches a 15% minimum.
